1. Welcome

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the freshbee website and waitlist (the "Service"), operated by Fetchsoozy Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What freshbee is today

freshbee is a planned realistic Ultimate Frisbee mobile game. The game does not exist yet. This website lets you join a waitlist, share the project with friends, and follow us for updates. The artwork shown is concept art and does not represent a finished product.

We intend to start building the game once 10,000 people join the waitlist. This is a statement of intent, not a promise, guarantee, or commitment to release a game, a feature, a platform, or a date. Joining the waitlist is free and gives you no purchase, ownership, access, or early-access rights.

3. Joining the waitlist

You can join with Google sign-in or, where offered, by submitting your details directly. You must be old enough to consent to sharing your personal data in your country. You must provide accurate information and only sign up for yourself, using details you are entitled to use.

4. Updates and messages

By joining, you agree to receive occasional updates about freshbee through the channel you selected, such as email or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to a message or emailing us at the address below.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, automate, or interfere with the Service. This includes creating fake or duplicate signups, using scripts or bots to inflate the count, scraping data without permission, overloading our infrastructure, or bypassing access controls. We may remove signups that appear fraudulent.

6. Intellectual property

The freshbee name, logo, website content, and concept artwork belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to this website freely, but you may not reuse our artwork or branding commercially without permission.

7. Removal and termination

We may suspend or remove your waitlist entry at any time if we believe these terms have been violated. You may ask us to remove your entry and data by contacting us at the email below.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the waitlist count or any information on this website is complete or error-free, and we may change or discontinue the project at any time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is zero).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
