This Privacy Policy explains how Fetchsoozy Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you join the freshbee waitlist or browse this website.

freshbee is a realistic Ultimate Frisbee mobile game that is not built yet. Today this website exists only to collect waitlist signups and share news about the project.

2. Information we collect

• Google account details when you join with Google sign-in, limited to your email address and account identifier. We use this to verify the signup is real.
• Waitlist details you submit: name, email address, country, an optional phone number, and how you would like to receive updates.
• Usage analytics, such as which pages and buttons are used, so we can see how many people join and share.
• Local browser storage for small functional details, for example remembering that you have already joined on this device.

3. How we use your information

• Add you to the waitlist and give you a signup number.
• Count progress towards the 10,000 signup goal.
• Send you updates about freshbee by email or WhatsApp, based on the preference you selected.
• Prevent duplicate and fake signups.
• Improve this website and respond to your questions.

4. What is public

Nothing you submit is shown publicly. Only the total number of waitlist signups is displayed on this website. Your name, email address, phone number, and country are visible only to us.

5. Cookies and storage

We use local browser storage for functional purposes and rely on Google's authentication cookies when you sign in with Google. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the waitlist, such as our hosting, database, analytics, and messaging providers, and when required by law.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep your waitlist details until the waitlist closes or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing the address below, and you can unsubscribe from updates whenever you like.

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect waitlist data. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your Google account protected with a strong password.
